How can I book a tour?
You can book directly through our online booking system or by contacting our guides via WhatsApp, SMS, or iMessage.

Can I modify or cancel a booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the tour. After this deadline, the fee is non-refundable.
Will I get a refund in case of bad weather?
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., bad weather), you will be offered a full refund or a voucher valid for 1 year.

Where are your meeting points located?
Our main meeting points are in Trecastagni, Catania, Taormina, and Syracuse, depending on the chosen tour.

Yes, we offer pick-up services from strategic points or directly from accommodations, at an extra cost.
How can I reach the Catania meeting point?
You can use the Catania Metro. Get off at the “Borgo” station, where our team will be waiting for you.
Is parking available at the meeting point?
Yes, most of our meeting points have free or paid parking options.

What kind of equipment is needed to join a tour?
We provide detailed instructions for each tour, but we generally recommend comfortable or hiking shoes, sportswear, and water.r.

Are the activities covered by insurance?
Yes, all our activities are covered by Professional Civil Liability Insurance (RCT).
What happens in case of bad weather or a volcanic eruption?
Guides may modify, reschedule, or cancel the tour for safety reasons. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or a new date.
